Farokht Tech (Private) Limited Farokht operates the Farokht website, mobile application and related services. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Farokht is a content-commerce platform that allows users to explore, interact with, and shop for fashion and lifestyle products through videos, posts, and brand content. We also provide AI-powered tools, including virtual try-on features, to enhance the shopping experience. These Terms govern your use of the Platform for browsing, creating content, shopping, or interacting with other users and brands.
2. Eligibility and Account
To use the Platform you must be at least 18 years old or be using the Platform under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Farokht may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, misleading, or fraudulent activity.
3. Nature of Platform
Farokht acts as an intermediary platform. Most products and services listed on the Platform are offered by third-party sellers or brands. Farokht facilitates discovery, content sharing, and transactions but is not the direct seller of most listed products unless explicitly stated. Transactions and delivery commitments are made directly between buyers and sellers.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not: post, share or promote content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, misleading or illegal; upload counterfeit or misrepresented products; engage in harassment, spamming, or impersonation; or interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content you upload (including photos, videos, reviews, and posts) remains your property, but by posting you grant Farokht a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and share such content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights. Farokht reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or community standards. All intellectual property related to the Platform (including the Farokht logo, design, technology, and features) is owned by Farokht Tech (Private) Limited.
6. AI and Virtual Try-On Tools
Our AI-powered and virtual trial features are provided to help you visualise products and are illustrative only; they may not accurately represent size, colour, or fit. By using these features you consent to the temporary processing of your images or likeness. We handle such data securely and do not share it publicly without your consent. 7. Shopping, Payments, and Orders
When you place an order you enter into a direct contract with the seller. Prices, availability, and delivery times are set by the seller. Farokht facilitates payment collection and order processing but does not guarantee product quality, availability, or delivery timelines. Farokht may assist with dispute resolution but is not liable for seller performance or product defects unless the product is sold directly by Farokht.
8. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to the seller’s specific policy shown on the product page. Farokht supports return and refund processes as a facilitator. Farokht will only directly issue refunds where the product is sold by Farokht itself or as otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Brand and Creator Guidelines
Brands and creators using Farokht must list only genuine, authorized products, clearly disclose paid promotions or collaborations, avoid fake engagement (likes, views, reviews), and follow community and cultural content standards. Farokht may remove listings or suspend brand accounts for violations or repeated offenses.
10. Privacy and Data Use

11. Disclaimer
All products, content, and services on the Platform are provided “as is”. Farokht makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, quality, or reliability of content or third-party products. Farokht is not responsible for losses, damages or delays caused by sellers, brands, service providers, or network issues, except as required by applicable law.
12. Termination
Farokht may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in fraudulent or harmful behaviour. You may close your account at any time by discontinuing use of the Platform.
13. Changes to the Terms
Farokht may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post an updated Effective Date when changes are made.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karachi, Pakistan.
